“ We love Festival. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always willing to help and say hi as you pass. Today when checking out the staff member was so sweet. Offered to get me another basket and made delightful talk while I checked out. Additionally the alcohol section was great to check on a beer and even went to find the distributor to find out if the beer was available. Although not a part of the staff even the vendors are friendly. Coffee counter was great too, apologized for no nondairy but explained all my options. Finally the deli counter was prompt and extra nice good job Festival! I dont come here just for the gas rewards you make me smile my whole trip. ”
